Monthly Meetings

Our calendar year spans nine months, September through May.

  • We hold our club meetings on the Second Tuesday, of each month, from September through May. 

    • Most meetings are held at the Main Location Community Hall (see below). Social time starts at 9:30 AM.

    • Social time starts at 9:30 AM and the business portion begins at 10:00 AM. The Program and Speaker(s) follow at 11:00 AM.

  • Board meetings for Officers and select Committee Heads are held on the First Tuesday of each month, year-round.

    • The location for board meetings may change from the Community Hall and will be announced by the president.

In addition

  • We collect for Penny Pines at each meeting, bring that loose change, and help plant trees and heal the landscape.

  • We also collect goods and cash for the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry.

  • The members are assigned to small groups of four to six people, to act as hostesses for our meetings.

Inclement weather

During inclement weather, we have in the past, followed the Prince William County school schedule.
For the 2024-2025 season, President Bev Krantz will make the call to either cancel or run the business portion of the meeting via ZOOM. The Program section will also be via ZOOM if the technical aspects can be arranged in time.
