Monthly Meetings

Our calendar year is September through May.

• We hold our club meetings on the Second Tuesday, of each month, from September through May. 

  • Social time starts at 9:30 AM.

  • The business portion begins at 10:00 AM, with the Program and Speaker(s) to follow at 11:00 AM.

  • For those unable to attend the Second Tuesday Programs, we try to live-stream them via ZOOM.
    Members will be sent a meeting link if they cannot attend in person.

• Board meetings for Officers and select Committee Heads are held on the First Tuesday, year-round.

  • The location for board meetings may change from the Community Hall and will be announced by the president.

In addition

• We collect for Penny Pines at each meeting, bring that loose change, and help plant trees and heal the landscape.

• We also collect goods and cash for the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry.

Inclement weather

During inclement weather, we have in the past, followed the Prince William County school schedule.
For the 2023-2024 season, President Jane Razeghi will make the call to either cancel or run the business portion of the meeting via ZOOM. The Program section will also be via ZOOM if the technical aspects can be arranged in time.
