This owl can be hard to see, but easy to hear.

Hiding in crannies and trees during the day - calling out with a loud trill, at night.

At 8-12 long, they sport amazing camouflage, the cutest ear tufts (not really ears), and are the color of bark from black, white, and gray to brown, red, and tan.

"Yep, I'm 8" of loud."
